Why Town Center In Suwanee Has A Special Place In Our Hearts
Another stroll through The Neighborhood and in this episode, I stop into one of my favorite places in Gwinnett which is Suwanee Town Center. We have spent many nights and days at Suwanee Town Center at the park to play, for concerts on the lawn, and we even lived in the townhomes for a spell. Living in the townhomes in Suwanee Town Center allowed us to easily walk over to the park so parking was never an issue for us. And they provided plenty of green space for our kids and dog to play.
Town Center provides one of the highlights that our kids loved which is their water fountain that allows kids to play in the water during the summer months. And in the winter months, you can catch snow in the same area as well as some of the most tasteful holiday lights around.
They have concerts that allow us to bring out our lawn chairs to take in the shows and Food Truck Fridays will allow you to take in some of the local dinings, so sit back, relax, eat up, and enjoy.
As we are parents of a feisty Boston Terrier, we love to enjoy the annual WoofStock event that has Town Center literally going to the dogs.
Living in Suwanee will allow you to easily take in events like this easily and they usually provide shuttles to the events, FREE of charge, so you don’t have to worry about not having a place to park.
If exercise and fitness is your thing, you can walk, jog, run, and bike around the park easily and there is even a running store if you need to upgrade your running shoes.
If you need a bite of pizza, smoothies, or even ice cream, you can find it at Suwanee Town Center.
There is a lot of new construction going on around Suwanee Town Center, that will be sure to help with current homeowners’ property values. At the time of this article, there is a new subdivision that will begin building in 2019 as they have already broke ground and cleared the area ready for construction. And there is already a 2nd phase for the luxury apartments, Solis – https://solissuwanee.com/, approved. So look for more eateries and other amenities to come to Town Center.
