Finding A New Home In Sugar Hill Is Getting Easier

Who says that finding a new home in Sugar Hill was hard?

I had a few houses that I needed to check out for a client of ours looking for houses in Gwinnett that is in a good school district. So I fired of the Nerd Mobile, got in a good workout that morning, and braved the 20 degree weather. I had one house in Sugar Hill that was a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, in a gated community, and in the North Gwinnett school district. It was a really nice neighborhood where the houses had a lot of spaced in between and was built right next to the community, Jr. Olympic pool. How’s that for having a pool without the cost and maintenance of having a pool? But it had a nice floor plan. It looked like the homeowners were in transition to their next home.

The backyard was a really good size and fenced in. The house had a really cool, custom built treehouse and also another like clubhouse on the ground. Plenty of space to have gatherings and run around. The kitchen was big with a huge island that can accomodate many looking to gather in the kitchen.

If someone was looking for a house in Sugar Hill that has a master bedroom on the main floor, this house has that. A house with a master on the main floor is good for homeowners who may not like using stairs or may not have good knees that stair can be torture on.

The outside of the house had really nice brick colors like many of the houses in the neighborhood. At the time of visiting this property, the house was priced in the $400,000s.

As I was driving to my next location to check out more houses for sale in Sugar Hill, I ran across a new subdivision sprouting up. We live in Sugar Hill and most times take a different route, but you could tell that they recently cleared out the area to begin building on the land. So look out for new construction in Sugar Hill and if you need someone who knows Sugar Hill, you need to #ChooseANerd and give us a call. With how much of the land that was cleared out, it looks like it will be a big subdivision.

It was a really good day for viewing houses for sale in Gwinnett. I know that we can help you find your next home in Gwinnett or any other location in the Atlanta metro area. With inventory low it is critical that we strike as soon as the properties hit the market.
