We were first introduced to our sellers from an inquiry on Facebook looking to sell their home. After having a consultation, we both agreed that us working together would be the best thing for selling their home in a timely fashion, in the most stress-free way, and for top dollar.
From day 1, we mapped out an executable plan for marketing and showcasing their property in the best way possible. We knew that the market in Gwinnett was hot, but we wanted to make sure their house was irresistible! We knew that with their help in getting the house staged, we could capture high quality images and videos to have buyers chomping at the bit ready to have a walk through. And we did! Within hours of posting the listing to The MLS, our website www.atlantahousenerds.com, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTUBE) we had a flood of showing requests. And after the first few showings that morning the offers started pouring in and after presenting all of the offers, our sellers agreed on one in about 24 hours of listing. A lot of the feedback we gathered was that people were so drawn to the photos and video we posted and presented online, they wanted to see if they really matched up. And they said that it did.
Through some of the challenges that typically come up during any real estate transaction, we made sure to stay in constant communication with the sellers and provide solutions.
