We were first introduced to our sellers from an inquiry on Facebook looking to sell their home. After having a consultation, we both agreed that us working together would be the best thing for selling their home in a timely fashion, in the most stress-free way, and for top dollar.
From day 1, we mapped out an executable plan for marketing and showcasing their property in the best way possible. And after the first few showings that morning the offers started pouring in and after presenting all of the offers, our sellers agreed on one in about 24 hours of listing. A lot of the feedback we gathered was that people were so drawn to the photos and video we posted and presented online, they wanted to see if they really matched up. And they said that it did.
